Four CITYSITE Locations

The CITYSITE concept is always developed with respect for its surroundings and with the goal of actively improving the local area. It’s a place where people can do business, work, live, and spend time in a meaningful way.

CITYSITE is built around Small Business Units (SBUs) – adaptable spaces that can serve as offices, showrooms, medical clinics, research and lab facilities. But also as sports or entertainment centers, restaurants, and cafés. The CITYSITE project is currently in the planning phase in four locations: Říčany, Liberec, Ostrava, and Bratislava. Across all these locations, we offer highly flexible units ranging from 500 to 4,000 m².
