One of the core pillars of our development activities is the construction of modern office buildings. We take workplace quality seriously, which is why we design intelligent and energy-efficient buildings – such as the smart building ORGANICA, located in the heart of Ostrava.

Our office developments stand as a benchmark for excellence in both architecture and functionality, while also achieving high environmental performance. Each building is carefully planned and designed with sustainability in mind. Green technologies and innovative ecological systems are integral to our projects. We use solar panels for renewable energy, water-saving systems, and advanced insulation materials to minimize our environmental footprint.

Six Office Buildings Across the Czech Republic and Slovakia

One of our flagship office projects is the smart building ORGANICA in Ostrava, built on a redeveloped former brownfield site. This smart building is certified BREEAM Excellent, highlighting its environmental responsibility.Another key development is TERRA, located at our company’s headquarters in Říčany. In 2023, our offices in TERRA won the award for Most Innovative Offices in the Czech Republic.We also operate sophisticated, tech-forward office buildings in Bratislava, Slovakia, where the CITYSITE concept is currently under development.In 2024, our TERRA reception won the prestigious Reception of the Year award in the “Service” category.
